How can I watch it on my TV?

Provided you have a recent model TV or have a Google Chromecast plugged into your TV or Apple TV. Then you’ll be able to watch the movies on your TV. Please follow the steps below: 1. Connect your device to the same Wi-Fi network as your TV or Chromecast or Apple TV. 1. Start the movie from our website or the IOS app or Android app. 1. Navigate to the film you watch to watch on your device and click the cast button for IOS or Android respectively. For Apple TV follow these instructions. For Chromecast follow these instructions. 1. On your device, select the name of your TV. 1. The movie should now appear on your TV.

Can I watch content on my iPhone/iPad?

Yes, you can watch content using Safari and this requires iOS 11.2 or later. Alternatively, you can view all our films on Apple iPhones, iPads and Android devices by using the app.

How can I watch on my TV from my mobile?

  1. To play films from your mobile to the TV you need to first download the mobile app.
  2. Once you login, select the film you want to watch.
  3. On the film page you should see a cast button, press that and a cast icon should then appear on the TV screen. This means it’s connected successfully.
  4. Then press the play symbol located on the movie poster image to start playing the movie on the TV.

Note: There is no cast button in the video player on the app, you need to press it before you start playing the movie.


Can I watch content on my Android Device?

Yes, you can watch content using Chrome and this requires Android 6.0 or later. We recommend using the latest version of your browser as earlier versions may not be supported.


I can’t stream any of the content, what’s going on?

Check your minimum system requirements above. We recommend that you update to the latest version of your browser.
We use adaptive bitrate streaming which means the streaming quality will automatically adjust based on your internet speed. For High Definition (HD) streaming we recommend VDSL, cable or fibre connections as we cannot guarantee consistent HD streaming on ADSL.


What happens if I forget my password?

Simply click Forgot your password on the Sign In page, enter the email address you used when you created an account and a link to reset your password will be sent to you.


Why does video playback stall or not play smoothly?

If your internet connection is poor or inconsistent you may experience problems during playback. Try lowering the playback bitrate.


Can I Chromecast content?

You can Chromecast from a Chrome web browser on PC and Mac computers as well as Android devices.


How do I watch content using Chromecast from Chrome?

Make sure you have connected your Chromecast to your TV and Wi-Fi network then follow the steps below. Your device must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast. For information or assistance connecting Chromecast to your TV and/or Wi-FI network, see support.google.com/chromecast.
1. Make sure you’re using the latest version of Chrome by navigating to Settings > About Google Chrome and update your Chrome browser to the latest version, if necessary. If you’re having trouble, here’s how to update Chrome.
2. In Chrome browser go to the film or TV page and start playing the content.
3. Select the Cast icon in the bottom right hand corner.
4. Select your Chromecast device.
5. The film or TV episode will now start playing on your Chromecast device.
